Exchange & Replacement Policy

At SoloShades, we want you to love what you ordered.

🔄 When Can I Request an Exchange or Replacement?

  • Received the wrong size or color.

  • Item was damaged during transit.

  • Received a defective product.

📝 How It Works:

  • Reach out within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  • Share a photo/video of the issue along with your order number.

  • Once verified, we’ll schedule a pickup and process the replacement.

  • Replacements are dispatched within 2–4 working days after pickup.

❗ Important Notes:

  • Exchange is available only once per order.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Exchange is not allowed for customized, clearance, or free products.
